Homestead, FL – The Public Works Department at the City of Homestead consolidates and simplifies their automated utility billing and payment programs with the purchase of Summation360TM. This solution includes online payments, mobile payments, IVR/phone payments, paperless billing, customer notifications, and TWI Payment Processing ServicesTM all through one provider. An active data integration to the City’s SunGard NaviLine CIS database ensures customer information is up-to-date and payments post immediately.
Daly City, CA – The City of Daly City adds TWI Payment Processing Services for secure and cost-effective credit card and eCheck processing.
SIENERGY, TX – SiEnergy, one of the fastest-growing investor-owned gas distribution utilities in Texas, selects Summation360 voice automation from TWI & Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. This solution gives customers 24/7 self-service access to their account by phone to hear account status and balance information and make payments by credit card or eCheck.
Union County, NC Tax Department – Union County selects TWI to provide a comprehensive solution for accepting and processing customer tax payments by phone and Web.
Collier County, FL – Collier County selects hosted outbound notifications from TWI to reduce delinquencies and improve collections in the utility department. With this system, the County can automatically send reminder calls to customers who have a past-due account balance.
Colorado Natural Gas (Summit Utilities, Inc. CO) – Colorado Natural Gas adds hosted utility billing IVR with integration to Continental Utility Solutions. The IVR gives customers the ability to hear account balances and make payments to their account over the phone. Working with the outbound notification system, the Utilities can send outbound reminder calls to past-due customers with the option to ‘press 2’ to make a payment directly from the outbound call.
Woodville, TX –The City of Woodville continues to automate by coupling Summation360 web & TWI Payment Processing Services with their current IVR solution from TWI. The new web service allows customers to make payments on-line by credit card, debit card, or eCheck. Having a single view to all payments regardless of payment method will simplify the daily reconciliation process and save the City valuable time. These automated billing and payment systems integrate in real-time to the City’s inHANCE Utility Solutions CIS database.
Powdersville Water District, SC – Powdersville Water District selects hosted Summation360 IVR with real-time integration to the Utility’s Incode CIS database.
Easton Suburban Water Authority, PA – Easton Suburban Water Authority, providing service to 30,000 customers, selects Summation360 to give customers more ways to pay and manage their account, to reduce manual billing and payment activities, and to increase communication with customers. This solution includes online payments, mobile payments, IVR/phone payments, customer notifications, and TWI Payment Processing Services. These solutions integrate to the Utility’s inHANCE Utility Solutions database, so payments post immediately and account information is always up-to-date.

Missouri Gas (Summit Utilities, Inc. CO) – Missouri Gas Utility selects hosted utility billing IVR from TWI and Continental Utility Solutions to allow customers to make payments to their account over the phone.
Sherman, TX – The City of Sherman selectsSummation360 voice automation for improved customer self-service. The solution includes a real-time integration to the City’s Incode utility database.
